Before You Use
Trim a small amount from the ends of the stems before placing your bouquet into fresh water.
- Change the water daily to keep your bouquet fresh for as long as possible.
- Wash thoroughly under cool running water before use.
Recipe
Garden Pasta with Butter & Parmesan
Cook your favourite pasta until al dente.
While the pasta cooks, air fry or lightly sauté the kailaan until the leaves are crisp and the stems are just tender.
Drain the pasta and toss with:
- Butter
- Freshly grated Parmesan
- A pinch of sea salt
- Cracked black pepper
Finish with edible flowers and fresh herbs from your bouquet, then serve immediately.
Serving Tips
Edible flowers are best added just before serving to preserve their colour and delicate flavour.
